A look into the role: Our Daily delis are a convenient place for our customers to stop for breakfast, lunch or great coffee on the go. We're looking for a special candidate who will work alongside the Daily Deli Manager to lead our hard-working and friendly team, making it all happen - from preparing delicious food, first class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. You'll be supported by a team of brilliant people, and there are fantastic career development and progression opportunities.
As Daily Deli Supervisor you will:
- Provide a first class service to all of our customers.
- Alongside the Daily Deli Manager, delegate work duties to other members of the Daily Deli team to ensure all duties are covered and to maintain a high quality service at all times.
- Carry out food safety control checks in all areas to ensure all standards are being maintained and recorded.
- Ensure stock is displayed in the correct position to attract sales, the correct price is displayed and waste recording procedure is being followed.
- Prepare and cook all food in line with company procedure and Health and Safety regulations.
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness in the Daily Deli Department (front and back) is maintained at all times.
- Undertake other duties as required for the role.

- Previous experience in a similar role with a proven record of successfully managing teams in a food retail environment.
- Can demonstrate skills in coaching and team motivation.
- Have a track record of exceeding sales and profit targets.
- Can deliver an amazing experience to customers both personally and through the team.
- A team player and an operationally confident hands-on leader.
