Customer Advisor £11.75 to £13.10 per hour depending on your age & benefits. Full Time positions available at 30 hours (4/7 days per week), working within the hours of Monday to Sunday 7:00am to 11pm, with full flexibility required. Morning, Evening and Weekend availability is essential.

A look into the role: Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times. As Customer Advisor you will be required to:
- Listen to and understand our customers’ needs and advise customers about our products and services.
- Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that stock is replenished daily and complies with company stock rotation process.
- Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
- Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
- Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
- May be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
- Any other duties as required for the role.
