A look into the role:
- Assist in efficient store running, ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Listen to and understand customer needs and advise on products/services.
- Operate checkouts accurately, processing transactions efficiently.
- Replenish stock daily, following company stock rotation process.
- Merchandise stock to enhance sales and display correct pricing with Shelf Edge Labels.
- Maintain high customer service levels within the store at all times.
- Cover Post Office as required.
- Perform any other duties as required.
