Customer Advisor Up to £13.10 per hour depending on your age and benefits. Part‑time permanent position available at 20 hours per week. Availability to cover morning, afternoon, and evening shifts within the hours of 6:00 am – midnight, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.

A look into the role Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that high standards of customer service are achieved at all times. As Customer Advisor you will be required to:

  • Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that stock is replenished daily while complying with the company stock rotation process.
  • Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
  • Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
  • Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
  • Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
  • Perform any other duties as required for the role.
