The predicted salary is between 23 - 26 £ per hour.

Pay rate ranging from £11.75 – £13.10 per hour depending on age and benefits.

Working Hours

Full time – 30 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to midnight with a degree of flexibility required. Availability to cover mornings, afternoons and evenings is expected.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Listening to and understanding customers’ needs and advising customers about our products and services.
  • Operating all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Replenishing stock daily while complying with the company stock rotation process.
  • Merchandising stock effectively to enhance sales.
  • Ensuring all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding shelf edge label.
  • Actively ensuring a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
  • May be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
  • Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

Training is provided; no previous retail experience required.
