Customer Advisor - Spar Belvoir, 60 Old Milltown Road, Belfast, BT8 7 SW

Positions in store working from 10 hours per week – available evenings Monday to Friday and fully available Saturday and Sunday.

Salary: Up to £13.10 per hour depending on your age & benefits.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times. As Customer Advisor you will be required to:

  • Work with the Customer Advisors in our Fresh/Produce Department
  • Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that stock on a daily basis is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
  • Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
  • Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
  • Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
  • You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
  • Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

No previous retail experience needed; training will be provided. Team members with personality, passion, energy, and a positive attitude who know how to make customers smile and provide the very best experience within our Fresh/Produce department.
