Customer Advisor
Position: Customer Advisor at EUROSPAR Ballyhackamore, 276 Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast, BT4 3EU.
Pay: Up to £13.10 per hour depending on age. Part‑time or full‑time (16–37.5 hours per week). Availability to cover morning, afternoon & evening shifts within 6:00 am–midnight, Monday–Sunday. Essential: availability for weekday morning shifts from 6:00 am.
A Look into the Role
Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times.
Responsibilities
- Operate all check‑outs accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Replenish stock daily in compliance with the company stock rotation process.
- Merchandise stock to enhance sales.
- Display all stock at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
- Actively ensure a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
- Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
- Perform any other duties as required.
Skills for Success
