A look into the role
- Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times.
- Listen to and understand customers’ needs and advise them about our products and services.
- Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Ensure daily stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
- Ensure stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
- Ensure all stock displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
- Actively ensure a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
- May be required to cover the Post Office when required.
- Any other duties as required for the role.
