Henderson Group in Crumlin is seeking a Team Leader to guide the store team, uphold policies, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The role is 34 hours per week with an hourly rate of £14.63, and includes working 4 days out of 7 within 6am–11pm across Monday to Sunday.
Reporting to the Assistant/Store Manager, you will lead by example, cover keyholder duties, train staff, support the Store Manager, and engage in community initiatives.
