Henderson Food Service is the leading supplier to the food service industry in Ireland. With over 5,500 customers we source and supply a range of thousands of products to customers including hotels, restaurants, and public sector organisations such as hospitals and offices.

The Purpose of the role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in a growing team who are achieving national recognition for their digital and data focused work. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth across all customer touchpoints.
You will drive the evolution of customer data, establishing new processes to capture and use customer data more effectively, integrating the CRM into the broader ecosystem of platforms in the business, monitoring data quality and providing support and training where needed.
Working as CRM Manager you will:
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to define and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Foster a strong CRM culture across the business, promoting its value, demonstrating impact, and addressing barriers to adoption.
- Drive daily CRM adoption across key teams (sales, telesales, marketing, e-commerce, and customer support), providing training and guidance as needed.
- Serve as the businesss CRM and customer data expert, ensuring alignment with best practices and continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimise CRM tools and platforms to deliver personalised, data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Leverage customer behaviour insights (online and offline) to inform and refine CRM activity.
- Ensure CRM data is structured, permissioned, and segmented in compliance with data protection regulations (including GDPR).
- Develop and maintain CRM data integration processes across business systems (e.g., Accord, Adobe Commerce, Klaviyo).
- Monitor, measure, and report on CRM performance, providing actionable insights to both operational teams and senior leadership.
- Oversee customer data quality, identifying and resolving issues while expanding valuable data capture.
- Support the broader marketing team and undertake other related duties as required.
Skills for Success
Joining us as CRM Manager the minimum criteria youll need is:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications), including English and Mathematics.
- Proven track record of managing customer data within a CRM platform.
- In-depth understanding of customer lifecycle management principles.
- Demonstrable experience in developing customer segmentation strategies.
- Demonstrable experience of project management.
- Proven ability to work effectively across departments and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of GDPR and data protection regulations.
- Full Valid UK/EU driving license

- Practical experience conducting A/B testing
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and personalisation strategies.
- Experience collaborating with e-commerce and/or marketing teams.
- Proven ability to deliver user training and support.
- Experience managing relationships with third-party vendors or service providers.

This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week. Working hours will be 8:45am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am-3:45pm Friday. Hybrid and flexible working arrangement available.
