A look into the role:
- Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times.
- Listening to and understanding customers' needs and advising about products and services.
- Operate all checkouts accurately and process customer transactions efficiently.
- Maintain daily stock replenishment per company stock rotation process.
- Merchandise stock effectively to enhance sales.
- Ensure all stock displays correct price using shelf edge labels.
- Maintain a high level of customer service within the store at all times.
- Cover Post Office duties when required.
- Perform any other duties as required for the role.
