Role Description: Our Delish deli’s are a convenient place for customers to stop for breakfast, lunch or great coffee on the go. As a Deli Team Member you’ll prepare delicious food, deliver first‑class customer service at the deli counter and maintain high hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a first‑class service to all customers.
- Prepare, cook and bake goods, working within food safety regulations.
- Keep prep areas and counters clean and tidy, including kitchen porter duties.
- Work as part of a team to ensure all counters – SPAR Bakery and Delish Deli – remain fresh and appetizing for customers.
- Undertake other duties as required for the role.
Skills for Success: No previous retail or foodservice experience required – training will be provided. Team member with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude who knows how to make customers smile and provide the best experience.
