Customer Advisor

Pay rates ranging from £11.75 - £13.10 per hour depending on your age and great benefits.

Working Hours

Full-time position available at 30 hours per week, working Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to 10:00pm, with a degree of flexibility required. Full flexibility within opening hours of the store will be expected. Shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to discuss working hours and shift patterns in further detail at interview.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Listening to and understanding our customers’ needs and advising customers about our products and services.
  • Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that stock on a daily basis is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
  • Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
  • Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
  • Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
  • You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
  • Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

  • No previous retail experience required; training will be provided.
