A look into the role: Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that high standards of customer service are achieved at all times. As a Customer Advisor you will be required to:
- Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that stock is replenished daily and complies with the company stock rotation process.
- Merchandise stock effectively to enhance sales.
- Display all stock at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
- Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
- Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
- Perform any other duties required for the role.
