Customer Advisor Pay rates ranging from £11.75 - £13.10 per hour depending on your age & benefits. Full-time position available at 30 hours per week. Candidates must be available to work afternoon and evening shifts between 2:00pm and 11:00pm Monday to Friday, with full flexibility required at weekends between 7:00am and 11:00pm. Post Office duties will also form part of this role.

A look into the role:

  • Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that high standards of customer service are achieved at all times.
  • Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
  • Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that stock on a daily basis is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
  • Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
  • Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
  • To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
  • You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
  • Any other duties as required for the role.

Working Hours:

Full-time position available at 30 hours per week.
