Customer Advisor Up to £13.10 per hour depending on your age & Benefits. Full-time permanent position available at 37.5 hours per week. Availability to cover morning, evening & weekend shifts within the hours of 6:00am – midnight, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required. Flexibility to work until midnight will be required for this role. Location EUROSPAR Rathgael Road – 102 Rathgael Road, Bangor, Down, BT19 1RS.

Job Overview: Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that stock is replenished daily and that the company stock rotation process is followed.
  • Merchandise stock effectively to increase sales.
  • Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service within the store at all times.
  • Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
  • Perform any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success: No previous retail experience required; training will be provided. Team members with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude who can make customers smile and provide a great experience.
