Customer Advisor position available at up to £13.10 per hour depending on your age & benefits. Part-time position with 8 hours per week. Availability to cover evening & weekend shifts within the hours of 6:00am - midnight, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.

A look into the role: Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store daily, ensuring high standards of customer service are achieved at all times. As Customer Advisor, you will be required to:
- Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that stock is replenished daily while complying with the company stock rotation process.
- Effectively merchandise stock to enhance sales.
- Display all stock at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
- Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
- Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
- Perform any other duties as required for the role.
Skills for Success: No previous retail experience is necessary; training will be provided. We are looking for team members with personality, passion, energy, and a positive attitude who know how to make our customers smile and provide the very best experience.
