Customer Advisor (Temporary) Pay rates ranging from £11.75 - £13.10 per hour depending on your age, 12 hours per week, with flexible working within the hours of Monday to Sunday, 6:00am – 11:00pm. Base location: EUROSPAR/Foodmarket, 6 Ramoan Road, Ballycastle, Co. Antrim, BT54 6EG.
A look into the role
Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times.
Responsibilities
- Listen to and understand customers' needs and advise them about our products and services.
- Operate all checkouts accurately and ensure customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Replenish stock on a daily basis while complying with the company stock rotation process.
- Merchandise stock effectively to enhance sales.
- Display all stock at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
- Actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
- Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
- Perform any other duties as required for the role.
Skills for Success
No previous retail experience is required – training will be provided. We look for team members with personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude who know how to make our customers smile and provide the best experience.
Working Hours
Temporary position available at 12 hours per week, working within the hours of Monday to Sunday, 6:00am – 11:00pm. A degree of flexibility is required.
