Henderson Drake is partnering with a specialist finance technology consultancy to find an experienced Tagetik implementation consultant ready to take on end-to-end delivery across a varied and technically demanding project portfolio.

The firm works closely with Group Finance and FP&A teams across mid-market and multinational organisations, delivering transformation across financial close, consolidation, planning, and reporting. This isn't a role where you'll be handed a template and told to configure. The work requires genuine understanding of finance processes, the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions, and the confidence to lead client engagements from the front.

Tagetik's growing footprint across consolidation, planning, and ESG reporting means the breadth of work here is real, and so is the opportunity to deepen your specialism across all of it.

What you will be doing

  • Deliver end-to-end CCH Tagetik implementations across consolidation, close, planning, and reporting
  • Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into well-structured solution designs
  • Configure Tagetik applications including data models, workflows, calculation rules, and reporting structures
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A use cases including scenario modelling
  • Contribute to ESG and sustainability reporting solutions where client needs require it
  • Lead and support client workshops, testing phases, and end-user training
  • Work collaboratively across project teams to maintain quality, pace, and clear outcomes

What you will bring

  • Proven hands-on experience implementing and configuring CCH Tagetik
  • Solid understanding of consolidation, financial close, and FP&A processes
  • Experience across budgeting, planning, forecasting, and management reporting
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as IFRS 16 or comparable standards
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders in client-facing environments
  • Strong data modelling skills, with SQL exposure an advantage
  • A consulting mindset that balances technical rigour with practical business delivery

Why this opportunity

  • Fully remote, with genuine flexibility built into how the team works
  • Broad exposure across consolidation, FP&A, and the growing ESG reporting space
  • A specialist EPM environment where Tagetik expertise is valued and developed
  • Clear progression within a consultancy focused on quality over volume
  • High-impact programmes with clients who are genuinely invested in transformation
