Henderson Drake is supporting the growth of a specialist EPM consultancy as they continue to expand their Workday Adaptive Planning capability. With a strong pipeline of planning-focused engagements, they are looking to bring in a Senior Consultant to play a key role in delivery across a range of finance transformation programmes.
The Role
You will lead planning workstreams across the full project lifecycle, helping clients move from fragmented processes to well-structured, scalable planning environments. The focus is on delivering solutions that are both technically sound and aligned to how finance teams actually operate.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead delivery of Workday Adaptive Planning implementations from design through to deployment
- Build and enhance planning models across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Configure key platform elements including sheets, versions, reports, and workflows
- Work directly with FP&A teams to refine planning processes and improve forecasting accuracy
- Support workshops, testing, and user enablement
- Contribute to solution design discussions and continuous improvement across projects
- Provide guidance to junior team members and support delivery quality
What You’ll Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
- Solid grounding in FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Experience delivering solutions in a client-facing consulting environment
