We’re working with a leading consulting organisation looking to hire a Manager within Finance Transformation (Value & Performance) to support the delivery of large-scale, technology-enabled finance programmes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong consulting or finance background who is passionate about performance management, digital finance transformation, and leveraging technology to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver finance transformation engagements across planning, forecasting, consolidation, and performance management
  • Work closely with clients to understand key business challenges and design tailored solutions
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
  • Define and implement finance transformation roadmaps, including technology and operating model design
  • Support delivery across EPM, analytics, and finance data initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops, diagnostics, and process improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean, Agile)
  • Contribute to end-to-end implementation of finance technologies and solutions
  • Manage and mentor high-performing teams across multiple engagements

About You

  • Experience in finance transformation, performance management, or consulting
  • Strong understanding of FP&A, integrated business planning, consolidation, and reporting
  • Experience delivering EPM or finance analytics implementations
  • Exposure to tools such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Tagetik, Power BI or similar
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams and project delivery
  • Interest in data, automation, and digital finance transformation
