We are working with a leading global consulting organisation seeking a Senior Manager to join its Finance Transformation practice, with a focus on Value & Performance Management (VPM). This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about reshaping how finance functions operate through data, technology, and strategic performance insight.

The team specialises in enabling clients to become truly data-driven finance organisations, leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to unlock enterprise value. A key growth area is Value & Performance Management (VPM), spanning strategic budgeting, integrated business planning, forecasting, consolidation, KPI design, data architecture, AI enablement, cost transformation, and commercial performance optimisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will take ownership of senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on their most complex finance and performance challenges. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design and delivery of end-to-end finance transformation and VPM solutions
- Shaping future finance operating models, including finance business partnering and digital-first approaches
- Driving performance management transformation across budgeting, planning, forecasting, and consolidation
- Designing KPI frameworks, steering models, and commercial analytics to support growth and margin improvement
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex engagements
- Translating business challenges into technology-enabled solution designs using modern finance platforms
- Facilitating design-led workshops and Agile delivery approaches

- Data to Insight: Building robust finance data models and architecture to enable connected reporting; Designing ERP-enabled insight frameworks that improve decision-making quality
- Integrated Business Planning: Connecting finance, operations, commercial, and HR planning into a unified model; Improving forecasting accuracy through driver-based planning approaches
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Transformation: Moving FP&A from reporting-heavy to insight-led business partnering; Redesigning operating models to improve agility, automation, and impact
- Statutory Reporting & Consolidation: Streamlining group reporting processes through systemisation and automation; Enhancing efficiency, control, and compliance across reporting cycles
- Analytics & Performance Reporting: Embedding advanced analytics into business performance routines; Delivering real-time dashboards and forward-looking insight models
- AI-Enabled Finance Transformation: Leveraging AI and emerging technologies to automate processes and generate predictive insights; Supporting clients in building the business case for AI adoption in finance
Technical Environment
You will have exposure to and experience with a range of leading finance and analytics platforms, including: SAP Analytics Cloud, S/4HANA, SAP BPC, Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, Tagetik, Board, Microsoft Power BI, Data visualisation, automation, and enterprise analytics tools.
