You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering finance transformation programmes that redefine performance management, planning, forecasting, and decision-making. The team specialises in enabling clients to become truly data-driven finance organisations, leveraging advanced analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to unlock enterprise value. A key growth area is Value & Performance Management (VPM), spanning strategic budgeting, integrated business planning, forecasting, consolidation, KPI design, data architecture, AI enablement, cost transformation, and commercial performance optimisation.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven track record in finance transformation, performance improvement, or VPM programmes
- Strong business development capability and experience shaping complex solutions
- Deep expertise within finance transformation or a relevant sector specialism
- Established relationships with senior stakeholders in large, complex organisations
- Experience leading high-performing teams in a consulting or industry environment
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Background in management consulting or large-scale transformation delivery
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and workshop leadership skills
- Experience coaching and developing teams
- High attention to detail with strong commercial and analytical thinking
