Our client, a well-established consulting partner, is looking to hire a Senior BOARD Consultant to join their growing performance management and analytics practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BOARD professional to take on a senior delivery role, working closely with clients to design, develop, and implement high-quality planning, reporting, and analytics solutions.

This position is suited to someone with strong BOARD development experience, a solid understanding of finance and performance management processes, and the ability to lead workstreams across the full project lifecycle. You will play a key role in delivering client solutions, advising stakeholders, and supporting more junior team members where needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of BOARD solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional and technical designs.
  • Configure and develop BOARD applications, including data models, capsules, procedures, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Take ownership of project workstreams and support successful delivery across timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
  • Support data integration and data validation activities to ensure reliable and accurate outputs.
  • Facilitate workshops, present solutions to clients, and provide guidance on best practice.
  • Support testing, user training, deployment, and hypercare activities.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability building.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, consultants, and client teams throughout delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven BOARD development experience is essential.
  • Good understanding of enterprise performance management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Experience designing data models, developing applications, and producing dashboards and reports within BOARD.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to gather requirements and convert them into practical, high-quality system solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Experience working across the full project lifecycle, from discovery through to go-live and support.
