We are seeking an experienced OneStream Consultant to join a purpose-built team of platform experts dedicated to helping businesses achieve maximum value from their OneStream implementations. This is not a standard support role. It's a blend of responsive managed services and proactive, continuous innovation.
You will provide day-to-day platform guidance and troubleshooting, while also identifying opportunities for enhancement and driving pragmatic improvements that help clients optimise their OneStream platform over time.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing direct, relationship-focused support rather than a transactional "ticket in, ticket out" service.
- Developing a functional and technical understanding of each client's OneStream implementation, including their business use cases and core metrics for success.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement within existing OneStream implementations, and providing pragmatic guidance to help clients extract more value from their platform.
- Supporting continuous enhancement-focused delivery, working closely with client teams on an ongoing basis rather than a one-off project basis.
- Proven hands-on experience with OneStream, ideally across both implementation and support/managed services environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and platform configuration skills.
- Ability to balance reactive support work with proactive, forward-looking improvement initiatives.
- A consultative mindset — comfortable acting as a strategic partner to clients, not just a service provider.
- Experience in FP&A, corporate performance management (CPM), or financial transformation environments is advantageous.
You'll join a dedicated, purpose-built team that goes beyond conventional managed services. Rather than simply taking orders, you'll help shape how clients use and evolve their OneStream platform — combining the stability of ongoing support with the variety and impact of continuous improvement work.
