Henderson Drake is an executive headhunting and contingent recruitment firm with offices in Norwich, Diss and New York.
Formed in 2013, with a focus on the technology and finance markets, the business has grown from 1 Consultant to 20, an Operations Director, and an international footprint that spans from San Francisco to Sydney.
The focus of the agency is targeted search within the Office of Finance, Corporate Performance Management/Enterprise Performance Management Technologies and Supply Chain Management.

Role;
You will be joining the Norwich team as a Senior Consultant, given a warm desk of active roles and clients and become part of a team working on behalf of some of the industries leading brands and individuals.
The role entails sourcing candidates from our online tools, in house CRM system, internet and social media advertising, offering best in market Consultancy services to understand candidate drivers and motivations to introduce them to suitable opportunities in the international EPM Community.
In addition, as your knowledge and process experience grows, you will have the opportunity to grow your own independent desk working either in a specialised market or region.
The role requires complete dedication, a focused mentality on executing best practice, a strong will to better yourself both professionally and personally – in return you will be rewarded with a best in class package/commission, quarterly reward scheme, target related rewards (suits/meals/trips).

- A strong track record of success in either sales or recruitment
