Job Title: Senior Pigment Consultant
Location: Remote (UK-based)

A specialist enterprise performance management consultancy is expanding its delivery team and is seeking a Senior Consultant with experience in Pigment or transferable expertise from another EPM solution. This is a fantastic opportunity to help leading organisations modernise their planning and forecasting capabilities, while working on high-profile finance transformation projects across multiple industries.
About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor to clients, shaping and delivering Pigment solutions that drive tangible business impact. This is a hands-on delivery role where you’ll gather requirements, design, and implement scalable models, as well as provide thought leadership within the team. You’ll also have the opportunity to cross-train into Pigment if your current expertise lies in another EPM platform such as Anaplan.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support full lifecycle Pigment implementations, from scoping and design through to go-live and adoption.
- Translate client requirements into robust planning and forecasting solutions covering P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Drive solution quality and scalability while aligning to client business needs.
- Support business development activities with demos, scoping workshops, and solutioning input.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal delivery best practices.
- Stay current with Pigment capabilities through training and certifications.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Pigment OR strong background in another EPM tool (e.g. Anaplan, Adaptive, OneStream) with willingness to cross-train.
- Solid financial modelling and enterprise planning knowledge.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and simplify complex requirements.
- Strong consultancy skills: structured delivery, problem solving, and communication.
- Comfortable working in distributed teams with occasional UK/EU travel.
- Pigment PRO Certification is advantageous.
Nice to Have
- Professional finance qualifications (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Workforce planning or multi-entity modelling experience.
- Previous consultancy or finance systems implementation experience.
