We’re working with a fast-growing consultancy that specialises in helping organisations transform the way they make decisions. They’re now looking to hire a Senior Consultant to join their expanding UK team as demand for modern EPM solutions continues to accelerate.

This is a senior, client-facing consulting role where you’ll work closely with finance and business leaders to redesign planning processes and deliver end-to-end solutions using Adaptive Planning. The work spans the full lifecycle of enterprise planning transformation, from early-stage discovery and vendor selection through to implementation, optimisation, and ongoing advisory support.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building strong relationships with senior finance and business stakeholders, taking time to understand their challenges and translating them into effective Adaptive Planning solutions.
  • Leading end-to-end enterprise planning engagements across discovery, design, build, and deployment phases.
  • Running client workshops to define financial, workforce, and operational planning requirements and future-state processes.
  • Designing and configuring scalable planning models.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them move away from spreadsheet-driven processes towards integrated, driver-based planning.
  • Supporting broader solution definition activities including discovery sessions, vendor selection, and pre-sales engagement where required.
  • Delivering system optimisation, enhancements, and post-implementation advisory support.
  • Ensuring successful user adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven background delivering Adaptive Planning in a hands-on environment.
  • Experience working in EPM consulting, finance systems delivery, or financial transformation roles.
  • Strong client-facing experience, with confidence running workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to move between business discussion and technical solution design.
  • Experience working across full lifecycle engagements.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a consulting environment.
  • Exposure to both advisory and delivery work within enterprise planning environments.
