Henderson Drake is seeking a Principal EPM Consultant to join our client’s growing Oracle EPM practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on end-to-end implementations across planning or consolidation, while leading technical delivery and driving strategic success.

Role Overview

As a Principal EPM Consultant, you will:

• Lead and manage Oracle EPM Cloud projects as a technical resource, ensuring high-quality solution delivery.
• Work across both planning and consolidation pillars, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
• Mentor and guide delivery teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Engage directly with stakeholders, providing expert advisory on Oracle EPM solutions.
• Design and implement scalable EPM architectures that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, covering planning (EPBCS, PBCS) or consolidation (HFM, FCCS).
• Strong technical expertise, with the ability to configure, develop, and implement business rules.
• Proven track record of leading and managing projects as a key technical resource.
• Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA) or a finance-related degree is preferred.
