Your Role
As a Principal Consultant , you’ll play a hands-on and strategic role in leading client engagements, solution design, and delivery. You’ll be the go-to expert in EPM Planning — mentoring junior consultants, collaborating with partners, and influencing product innovation across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the end-to-end design and delivery of EPM Planning solutions
- Acting as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across finance and technology
- Translating complex business requirements into high-impact planning architectures
- Driving innovation in planning process automation, predictive forecasting, and data integration
- Mentoring junior consultants and shaping internal delivery best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Enterprise Performance Management , ideally with one or more of: Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS), Anaplan, OneStream, SAC, or similar
- Strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or finance transformation
- Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously while engaging with collaborative delivery teams
- UK citizenship or permanent residency status is essential
