Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for mid to enterprise clients
- Engage directly with CFOs, FDs, and FP&A teams to understand requirements and design fit-for-purpose models
- Translate complex business needs into technical solutions and oversee configuration and delivery
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication
- Provide quality assurance across deliverables and ensure adherence to project standards
- Support pre-sales activity, including demos, scoping, and proposal development
- Mentor and support junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
Requirements
- Proven experience leading Adaptive Planning implementations, ideally in a consultancy setting
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of related systems (e.g., Workday Financials, NetSuite, Anaplan) is a bonus
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and Europe when required
