Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for mid to enterprise clients
  • Engage directly with CFOs, FDs, and FP&A teams to understand requirements and design fit-for-purpose models
  • Translate complex business needs into technical solutions and oversee configuration and delivery
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication
  • Provide quality assurance across deliverables and ensure adherence to project standards
  • Support pre-sales activity, including demos, scoping, and proposal development
  • Mentor and support junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading Adaptive Planning implementations, ideally in a consultancy setting
  • Strong understanding of FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of related systems (e.g., Workday Financials, NetSuite, Anaplan) is a bonus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and Europe when required
