Henderson Drake is looking for a OneStream Consolidation Architect to join a specialist consulting team, helping organisations navigate complex group reporting requirements while designing scalable solutions that support both current and future finance needs. This is a role for someone who understands that successful consolidation projects are about more than system configuration. You'll work closely with finance leaders to design solutions that support group reporting, improve close processes, and provide a solid foundation for future finance transformation initiatives.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the architecture and design of OneStream consolidation solutions for enterprise clients
- Design and configure consolidation models, including ownership structures, currency translation, intercompany eliminations, and statutory reporting requirements
- Work directly with Finance Directors, Group Financial Controllers, and CFOs to understand reporting challenges and define future-state solutions
- Facilitate solution design workshops and provide trusted advisory support throughout project lifecycles
- Guide clients on best practices across financial consolidation, close processes, governance, and reporting
- Mentor consultants and provide technical leadership across delivery teams
- Partner with business development and sales teams to identify opportunities for account growth and help shape client roadmaps
- Support delivery quality and architectural standards across multiple client engagements
What you will bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on OneStream architect experience with a strong focus on consolidation
- Recognised finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent practical finance experience
- Strong understanding of group consolidation, statutory reporting, intercompany eliminations, and financial close processes
- Experience designing and configuring ownership management and currency translation models within OneStream
- Ability to engage confidently with senior finance stakeholders up to CFO level
- Experience mentoring consultants and supporting the development of delivery teams
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to add value for clients
