A high-performing enterprise performance management consultancy is looking to expand its delivery team with the addition of a Planning Specialist experienced in Pigment. This role offers the chance to work on innovative planning and forecasting solutions across a wide variety of sectors, supporting clients through their finance transformation journeys.
About the Role
You will play a leading role in the design and implementation of Pigment planning models, working directly with clients to deliver structured, scalable, and high-value solutions. From requirement gathering to model build and adoption, this is a hands-on delivery role with the opportunity to influence both client outcomes and internal delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support end-to-end Pigment implementation projects, from design through to go-live and post-deployment support
- Gather and interpret client requirements, translating them into robust planning and forecasting models
- Build integrated models covering P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, tailored to industry-specific needs
- Contribute to internal methodology, delivery tooling, and process improvement
- Support pre-sales activities with configuration of demo environments and scoping sessions
- Act as a mentor to junior consultants and share best practices across the delivery team
- Maintain up-to-date Pigment platform knowledge through training and certifications
What Weβre Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Pigment implementations
- Deep understanding of financial modelling and enterprise planning
- Ability to conceptualise client business models and map them into scalable Pigment solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working independently and within distributed delivery teams
- Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe when required
- Pigment PRO Certified is an advantage
Nice to Have
- Professional finance qualifications (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Experience delivering workforce planning or multi-entity financial models
- Prior experience in a consultancy or finance systems implementation environment
