A leading finance transformation consultancy with a growing footprint across EPM/CPM implementation is looking for a Planning EPM Senior Consultant to join its UK team, working fully remote on a portfolio of exciting planning and forecasting projects for blue-chip clients. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on EPM implementation specialist to take ownership of end-to-end planning solution delivery, working closely with clients to translate complex financial and operational requirements into scalable, high-performing systems. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and configure planning solutions across budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning and driver-based modelling
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical designs
- Lead requirements workshops, design sessions, UAT and go-live activities
- Develop dimensions, calculations, dashboards and reporting to support scalable planning processes
- Configure integrations between EPM platforms and source systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve model performance issues, implementing enhancements as needed
- Deliver end-user training, documentation and post-go-live support
- Support junior consultants on project delivery and best practice
What You'll Need
- Proven hands-on EPM implementation experience with one or more of the following: Planful, Anaplan, TM1, Vena, Pigment, or the planning module of OneStream
- Planful experience (Desirable)
- Multiple full lifecycle EPM/CPM implementations
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes — budgeting, forecasting, workforce and driver-based planning
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced consulting environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field (Desirable)
