Oracle Consolidation Manager

A leading business advisory and technology consultancy is seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Manager to join its performance management team. The role focuses on leading Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) implementations for financial services clients.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a consulting background, strong financial systems delivery experience, and a solid grasp of consolidation and reporting processes in complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full technical delivery lifecycle of Oracle FCC implementations within financial services environments
• Translate complex accounting and consolidation requirements into scalable Oracle FCC designs
• Oversee configuration of metadata, data models, workflows, business rules, and reporting structures
• Lead solution testing strategy and review technical testing activities
• Deliver user training and post-go-live support to ensure solution adoption
• Supervise both onshore and offshore technical teams, providing leadership and quality assurance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and internal project leadership

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience leading at least two end-to-end Oracle FCC implementations
• Strong background in financial consolidation, reporting, and data model design
• Expertise translating business and accounting requirements into technical solutions
• Solid experience working with global delivery teams and managing complex project timelines
• Previous experience in a consulting environment or leading transformation programmes in-house
• Exposure to other EPM domains such as planning, forecasting, or performance reporting is an advantage
• Confident communicator, able to engage senior stakeholders and present technical concepts clearly
