Henderson Drake is delighted to be working with a leading OneStream Diamond Partner in search of an experienced Lead Consultant with a strong focus on OneStream Planning. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced financial solutions professional eager to lead high-impact projects for global clients.
The Role
- Take ownership of full lifecycle OneStream Planning implementations
- Design and refine complex financial models tailored to client needs
- Advise clients on best practices in FP&A and planning strategy
- Deliver training to ensure effective adoption of OneStream solutions
- Resolve technical challenges and keep pace with industry developments
- Support and mentor junior consultants, promoting team growth and excellence
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of hands-on OneStream experience, with a focus on FP&A
- Demonstrable experience leading successful OneStream implementations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- OneStream certification is highly desirable
