Henderson Drake is supporting a leading global financial advisory consultancy in its search for an experienced OneStream Planning Architect. This role will play a key part in delivering enterprise-level performance management solutions for complex finance transformation initiatives.
Role Summary
This is a hands-on and client-facing position, focused on architecting and delivering OneStream solutions that support FP&A processes. You will guide clients through the full delivery lifecycle—advising on design, building models, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of OneStream planning solutions, tailored to client-specific financial and operational needs
- Build and configure applications, including workflows, business rules, cube views, and dashboards
- Translate financial planning requirements into scalable and efficient models
- Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay current with OneStream capabilities and share knowledge internally and with clients
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, ideally with hands-on project delivery in consulting or enterprise environments
- Proven track record delivering OneStream solutions for planning, reporting, and forecasting
- Strong foundation in accounting, financial modelling, and performance management concepts
- Confident engaging with finance and IT stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in distributed teams; strong collaboration and communication skills
- OneStream Lead Architect R1 certification is highly regarded
