OneStream Lead Consultant

An exciting and new opportunity has become available for an experienced technical OneStream developer to take their existing experience with the tool to the next level by becoming the technical lead on OneStream implementations for enterprise level projects with highly sort after logos.

This role is ideal for those with a strong ability in VB.Net coding and functional understanding of consolidation and close processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their business needs, providing expert guidance and delivering tailored solutions.
• Design and develop OneStream models, leveraging its consolidation capabilities to meet client requirements.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of OneStream solutions, with a focus on consolidation and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with clients to improve financial processes, integrating OneStream with existing systems and processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring project success.
• Stay updated on OneStream’s latest functionalities and industry best practices, sharing knowledge with the broader team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in OneStream development.
• Advanced proficiency in OneStream XF, scripting (VB.NET, SQL).
• Strong expertise and functional knowledge in financial consolidation.
• OneStream OCA certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in leading teams and managing client engagements is essential.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
