RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant, you will run a full recruitment lifecycle (with training and support), developing a specialist market, building a candidate network, and delivering exceptional service to clients.
What you\âll be doing
Building and managing a specialist desk (candidateâled and clientâled activity)
Business development and account management with new and existing clients
Market mapping, headhunting, and attracting highâcalibre candidates
Managing the recruitment process endâtoend (briefing calls, interviews, offers, onboarding)
Maintaining high standards of communication, pace, and professionalism
Tracking activity and results, with coaching to improve performance and earnings
