Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will run a full recruitment lifecycle (with training and support), developing a specialist market, building a candidate network, and delivering exceptional service to clients.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and managing a specialist desk (candidate‑led and client‑led activity)
- Business development and account management with new and existing clients
- Market mapping, headhunting, and attracting high‑calibre candidates
- Managing the recruitment process end‑toend (briefing calls, interviews, offers, onboarding)
- Maintaining high standards of communication, pace, and professionalism
- Tracking activity and results, with coaching to improve performance and earnings

- Curious and commercially‑minded, with strong written and verbal communication
- Organised and consistent—able to manage multiple live processes
- Committed to being office‑based in Norwich (this role is not hybrid/remote)
