We're working with a specialist consultancy focused on enterprise performance management and finance transformation. They are looking to add a Senior OneStream Planning Consultant to their growing team to deliver complex planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions for enterprise clients.
This role is ideal for a OneStream professional who enjoys combining strong FP&A expertise with hands-on system design, working closely with finance teams to build scalable and high-impact planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement OneStream planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions
- Translate FP&A and business requirements into scalable OneStream models
- Lead planning workstreams across end-to-end implementations
- Configure, test, and optimise planning models within OneStream
- Work closely with finance stakeholders to deliver impactful CPM solutions
- Support solution architecture and ensure adherence to best practices
- Mentor junior consultants and promote delivery standards within project teams
- Contribute to workshops, solution design, and project delivery planning
- Proven experience implementing OneStream planning solutions
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Comfortable engaging with finance and technical stakeholders
- Experience delivering projects in a consulting or multi-client environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience within enterprise CPM/EPM environments is highly desirable
