Henderson Drake have partnered with a leading global consulting firm that is continuing to invest heavily in its Finance Consulting practice. We are looking for a senior finance transformation consultant who can sell, architect, and deliver large Tagetik planning and consolidation programmes while managing client relationships and leading teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Tagetik project teams across the full delivery lifecycle, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Design and deliver complex planning and consolidation solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to define requirements and drive successful outcomes.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional value and growth.
- Mentor and support junior team members within a high-performing team environment.
Skills & Experience
- Tagetik certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong expertise in Tagetik architecture, solution design, and implementation.
- Experience with planning, consolidation, data integration, modelling, calculations, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of FP&A and finance processes.
- Full lifecycle implementation experience, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to articulate Tagetik capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading large, complex Tagetik implementations.
- Expertise in designing and delivering planning solutions.
- Understanding of project financial management and delivery methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
- Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated business development and sales support experience.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Tagetik consolidation implementations.
- Data warehousing and integration expertise.
- Knowledge of Tagetik product roadmap and market trends.
