Senior EPM Consultant – Tagetik (Consolidation / FP&A)
Location: Greater London (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time
Henderson Drake is supporting the growth of a specialist finance technology consultancy that works closely with Group Finance and FP&A teams on complex transformation initiatives. The firm delivers end-to-end solutions across financial close, consolidation, planning, and reporting, supporting both mid-market and multinational organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end CCH Tagetik implementations across consolidation, close, planning, and reporting
- Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective solution designs
- Configure Tagetik applications including data models, workflows, rules, and reporting structures
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A use cases, including scenario modelling
- Contribute to ESG and sustainability reporting solutions where applicable
- Lead or support client workshops, testing, and end-user training
- Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure quality, timelines, and outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience implementing and configuring CCH Tagetik solutions
- Strong understanding of consolidation, financial close, and/or FP&A processes
- Experience with budgeting, planning, forecasting, and management reporting
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as IFRS 16 or similar standards
- Confidence working in client-facing environments with senior stakeholders
- Solid data modelling and systems integration skills (SQL exposure is a plus)
- Consulting mindset with the ability to balance technical delivery and business needs
