What You'll Be Doing- Leading enhancements and technical improvements across multiple live OneStream environments
- Building and refining business rules, automation, dashboards, and integrations using VB.NET or C#
- Reviewing existing designs and improving performance, usability, and long-term stability
- Advising clients on best practice, new functionality, and future platform direction
- Working across planning, consolidation, and reporting environments depending on client need
- Getting ahead of issues rather than just responding to them
- 2+ years of hands-on OneStream experience in a technical or hybrid consulting role
- Strong VB.NET or C# capability within the OneStream environment
- Good understanding of FP&A and consolidation processes
- A genuine ability to assess how a platform is being used and recommend better approaches
- An advisory mindset, comfortable having honest conversations with clients about what needs to change
- Fully remote across the UK
