Henderson Drake is supporting a leading global OneStream Diamond Partner in its search for an experienced OneStream Planning Lead to take ownership of high-impact planning, budgeting, and forecasting projects across enterprise clients. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an expert who can balance technical depth with strategic delivery, guiding teams and shaping OneStream solutions that transform how finance operates.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design, build, and implementation of enterprise-scale OneStream Planning solutions.
- Act as the technical authority, translating complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing architectures.
- Stay hands-on across metadata, business rules, workflows, and dashboard development.
- Mentor consultants, review technical designs, and drive solution quality across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence and strong client outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on OneStream experience, with multiple full lifecycle Planning implementations.
- Deep understanding of FP&A processes — including driver-based planning, scenario modelling, and rolling forecasts.
- Strong technical background in OneStream: metadata, data integrations, business rules, and extensibility.
- Excellent client-facing and leadership skills, with the ability to lead workshops and guide cross-functional teams.
- OneStream Lead Architect (R1) certification preferred.
