HR Manager - Norwich
HD Tech Recruit are working with a well-established company based in Great Yarmouth to recruit an experienced HR Manager. This is a key management role, reporting to the Directors and General Manager, with responsibility for overseeing day-to-day operational duties, managing teams, and ensuring standards, compliance, and performance are maintained across the business.
Main Purpose of the Role
The successful candidate will support the senior leadership team by managing daily operational requirements, leading staff, resolving issues, and helping drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Reports To Directors and General Manager
Hours of Work 50 hours per week, as required by the role.
Salary Up to £50,000
Essential Technical and Management Skills
- A strong understanding and practical application of good people management practices
- Leadership and line management experience
- Strong problem-solving and tactical decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including face-to-face and telephone communication at all levels
- Knowledge of industry best practice and incident management systems
- Experience in training design and delivery
- A good understanding of current legislation and regulations relevant to the industry
