We are supporting a Big 4 consulting firm as it expands its Finance Transformation practice across the UK. This role is suited to professionals who enjoy working with senior finance stakeholders, leading complex transformation programmes, and delivering technology-enabled change across Finance.
The Role
You will work on large-scale Finance Transformation initiatives, helping organisations modernise finance processes, improve insight, and implement future‑ready finance solutions. The role combines strategic advisory work with hands‑on delivery and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Finance Transformation engagements from discovery through delivery
- Work with CFOs and senior finance leaders to shape finance strategy and operating models
- Design and deliver technology-enabled planning, reporting, and analytics solutions
- Run finance diagnostics, assessments, and transformation roadmaps
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Finance and EPM platforms
- Manage and coach consulting teams, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships
Experience Required
- Strong background in Finance Transformation, FP&A, or EPM
- Multiple end-to-end implementation experience across finance systems or analytics platforms
- Experience working with complex, multinational organisations
- Proven client-facing and stakeholder management capability
- Exposure to tools such as Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, Tagetik, Board, or Power BI
- Consulting background (Big 4 or top-tier consultancy preferred)
