We’re partnering with a growing finance transformation consultancy looking to hire a Senior OneStream Consultant to support the delivery of enterprise-scale CPM programmes across a diverse client portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a OneStream professional with experience in planning, consolidation, or both, who enjoys combining hands-on implementation work with client-facing consulting. You'll work closely with finance teams to design, deliver, and optimise OneStream solutions that drive real business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver OneStream solutions across planning, consolidation, reporting, and finance transformation programmes
- Translate finance and business requirements into scalable, best-practice OneStream applications
- Lead workstreams throughout the full project lifecycle, from discovery through to go-live and optimisation
- Configure, test, and enhance OneStream solutions to meet client requirements
- Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and support solution design activities
- Work closely with finance stakeholders to deliver impactful CPM solutions
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and wider delivery teams across multiple client engagements
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery best practices across the practice
About You
- Proven experience implementing OneStream solutions within enterprise environments
- Experience across planning, consolidation, financial reporting, or a combination of these areas
- Strong understanding of finance processes including FP&A, consolidation, and performance management
- Comfortable engaging with finance, accounting, and technology stakeholders
- Experience delivering projects within a consulting or client-facing environment preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- OneStream certifications or broader CPM/EPM experience would be advantageous
