YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Managing a customer account portfolio within a specific territory
- Retaining and growing existing customers
- Shaping and implementing sales strategies within specific customers to achieve growth
- Exceeding sales revenue targets
- Exceeding margin targets managing profitability by customer and product

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Visit customers on your Territory in line with agreed SLA’s and/or customer needs
- Build and sustain excellent customer relationships
- Increase customer spend, identifying new lines and solutions
- Achieve monthly sales and margin targets to ensure annual plans are achieved
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records are kept, including presentations, meetings, contact reports, annual terms, pricing, NLF’s, etc.
- Prospect in your area to win new business in line with KPI’s
- Support other departments in the company where necessary, i.e., customer services, marketing, operations
- Respond back to customers for any additional queries in a timely manner
- Attend trade-shows when required
- Provide customer training when required
- Conduct product demos when required
PERSON PROFILE:
- Essential
- Minimum 2-years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable sales experience in winning new business
- Can-do attitude to “get the job done”
- Hands-on approach
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with good attention to detail
- Good engagement with all stakeholders
